CONTEST RULES

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest will take place in Quebec from February 9 to February 22, 2026 (11:59 p.m.).

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the contest, you must :

1. a) Be a resident of Quebec
2. b) Be of the age of majority
3. c) Have completed the digital participation form available via Patrick Morin's Facebook page: facebook.com/LesCentresPatrickMorin, the Patrick Morin newsletter, or on the patrickmorin.com homepage between February 9 and 22, 2026.

Excluded: current employees, agents and representatives of Patrick Morin, its locations, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, shareholders, divisions, and advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this contest, as well as the members of their immediate families (siblings, children, and parents), their legal or common-law spouses, and all other persons with whom these employees, agents and representatives are domiciled.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible for the draw, participants must complete the digital form available online via the Patrick Morin Facebook page: facebook.com/LesCentresPatrickMorin, the Patrick Morin newsletter, or on the patrickmorin.com homepage between February 9 and February 22, 2026. All fields on the form must be completed correctly. The registration deadline is Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Only one (1) entry per person.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

Chance to win one of three Patrick Morin gift cards

• Gold Prize: One (1) Patrick Morin gift card worth $500.
• Silver Prize: One (1) Patrick Morin gift card worth $250.
• Bronze Prize: One (1) Patrick Morin gift card worth $100.

 Prizes are non-cashable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Only winners will be contacted.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

6. DRAW

Three (3) draws will be held. The draws will take place at Patrick Morin's administrative center on February 23, 2026, at 11 a.m. among all participants who have completed the online entry form. The first person drawn will win a PM gift card worth $500, the second person drawn will win a PM gift card worth $250, and the third person drawn will win a PM gift card worth $100.

Winners must complete a waiver form and return it to Patrick Morin Inc. within the time frame indicated when it is sent to them via the winner's email address. Each winner must specify the Patrick Morin branch where they wish to pick up their gift card.

7. PRIZE AWARDING

In the event that a winner refuses the prize, the contest organizer will be released from all obligations regarding the awarding of the prize and may, at its discretion, award the refused prize to another person, whose name will be drawn at random.

Awarding of the prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. Any selected entrant whose eligibility under these rules cannot be confirmed will be disqualified. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days and does not respond or cannot comply with these rules within seven (7) days of being notified of their selection, they will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In this case, Partick Morin will hold another random draw for an eligible entrant, who will be subject to the same qualification rules.

8. RELEASE

8.1 All persons who enter or attempt to enter this contest release Patrick Morin and its locations, as well as any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or associated with it, their prize suppliers, affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any damage that entrants may incur due to their entry or attempted entry in this contest.

8.2 By entering this contest, the winners agree to allow their names, voices and statements about the prize, as well as photos, images and any other representations of them to be used for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.

9. EXCLUSIONS

 9.1 The contest organizer, Patrick Morin, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, in the event of any virus, computer bug, unauthorized human interference, or any other event outside the organizer’s control that may corrupt or negatively affect the administration, security, impartiality, or ordinary course of the contest.

Under no circumstances can Patrick Morin or its locations, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or associated with it, their prize suppliers, affiliates, or advertising and promotional agencies, or their employees, agents and representatives be required to award more prizes than the one described in these rules or to award the prize in any way that does not comply with these rules.

9.2 Patrick Morin and its locations, as well as any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or associated with it, their prize suppliers, affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, and their employees, agents and representatives will assume no responsibility of any kind in any instance in which their inability to act may result in an occurrence or situation outside their control or in a strike, lockout, or any other labour dispute in their establishment or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are engaged to hold this contest.

9.3 Entrants who fail to comply with these rules may be disqualified from this contest and any future contests or promotions held by Patrick Morin. These rules are available in the digital entry form. The prize can only be awarded as described above.

9.4 The contest organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude from this contest, or from any future contests or promotions it may hold, any person guilty or suspected of having tampered with the conduct of the contest or the contest website, of having violated the official rules, or of having acted in an unfair or deceptive manner or with intent to annoy, torment, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage the contest website or any related website or to impede the legitimate management of this contest constitutes a violation of criminal and civil law. In such circumstances, the contest organizer has the right to take legal action for damages to the fullest extent of the law.

6. DRAW

Twelve (12) draws will be held. One person per month from among Patrick Morin newsletter subscribers who have made an online purchase at patrickmorin.com will be entered into a draw for a chance to win the total value of their purchase in Patrick Morin gift cards for the current month.

A total of 12 winners will receive a Patrick Morin gift card worth the value of their online purchase.

The draw will be held at the Patrick Morin Administrative Center on the first Monday of each month at 11 a.m. among all participants. If the winner has placed more than one online order during the month of the draw, the order whose total value will be given as a gift card will be the one that was drawn.
